  Sales Development Manager - Oldham

We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Development Manager at the following location;

Buildbase Civils & Lintels, Viking Way, Erith, Kent.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they possess the experience and vision to manage a customer ledger of 70-85 Accounts generating a sales revenue of c £2,700,000.

You will need to work closely with our management team to identify opportunities which will develop sales and profit, whilst promoting continual improvement in this critical role.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, and establish strong working relationships with Clients and Key Suppliers alike.

Ideally the successful applicant will have;

• Worked in our industry for 3-5 years,
• Posses a good knowledge of Civils Engineering & Hard Landscaping products.
• A good knowledge of the Local Contractors and key Manufacturers.
• Territory Includes; Kent, East & West Sussex, SE London, Hampshire & Surrey.
• You will reside within a 35 mile radius of the depot.

The Package;

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with the skill & experience you can bring to our business, in addition we offer a Bonus Potential of £4,000 P/Annum linked to the following criteria

• Sales.
• Gross Profit.
